Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which "My Mothers Peasant Bread The Best" may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the original complaining party and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days. We will replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it in not less than 10, nor more than 14, business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless our Copyright Agent first receives notice from the person who supplied the original notification that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our system.
